Ready Set Bracket

Run your tournament. Any sport, any format.

Take registrations, build the draw, and keep the scores live on every screen. On the day, a desk tells each player which court to walk to.

Free while in early access.

Who it's for

Built for the people who actually run the day.

Clubs running a weekend tournament

Open registration, close it, and generate the draw with seeds and byes handled. On the day you work from the desk: call matches to courts and the public board keeps the room pointed at the right one.

Rec league coordinators

A season carries its divisions, a weekly schedule that won't double-book a player across two events, and standings that hold all season. Round robin, single or double, with the tiebreaker order you set.

Parks and rec, schools, intramurals

Every sport on one engine, so volleyball and flag football run the same way. Entries can be free, and a parent manages their kids' profiles from their own account.

A group of friends running a Ryder Cup

Put everyone on a side, pair them up by hand, and score match play hole by hole. The scoreboard adds up the points and calls the clinch when a side can't be caught.

Your first one, start to finish

1

Create your organization

You get your own site at readysetbracket.com/o/yourname, carrying your colors, logo and banner.

2

Add a competition and its events

Pick the sport, the format, roster size, capacity, entry fee, and the order your tiebreakers run in.

3

Publish and share the link

Players sign up, invite a partner or build out a team, and sign the waiver. A waitlist catches the overflow.

4

Close registration, generate the draw

Seeds, byes and progression are handled. Auto-schedule it across your courts without double-booking anyone.

5

Run the day from the desk

Call a match onto a court and everyone in it gets told where to walk. The next match up gets a heads-up too.

6

Scores go live as they come in

Brackets, standings and results update within seconds, and stay on the record when the day is over.

What you get

Everything the day needs, from the entry form to the last point.

A desk for the day

Courts across the top, the on-deck queue below. Tap a match onto a court and every player on it gets an email and a push telling them where to walk. A public board shows the room which match is on which court.

Scorekeeping without wifi

The scorekeeper app keeps taking points when the gym wifi drops. Scores queue on the device and sync the moment it comes back.

Live scores and notices

Draws, standings and schedules update within seconds of a score going in. Players can turn on browser notifications for their next match.

Registration through payment

Solo, doubles with a partner invite, or a full team roster. Waivers, entry fees and refund policies, plus a waitlist that promotes the next entry when someone withdraws.

Leagues and seasons

Run a weekly season with divisions and a repeating schedule, or a one-off tournament. Same engine either way.

Your own site

Every organization gets its own page with its own colors, logo and banner. Your players see your name on the page, not ours.

Tiebreakers you can explain

Set the tiebreaker order per event. Coin flips are seeded, recorded, and written out in plain language on the standings page, so nobody has to take your word for it.

Players, teams and guardians

One account with a profile per sport and a results history. Parents manage their kids' profiles from that same account.

What players see

Players get told where to go, not just when.

The court call

When you call a match, everyone in it gets an email and a browser notification naming the court. The match behind it hears that it's on deck.

Their own day, on their phone

Every match they're in, with the court, an estimated start time, and whether they've checked in at the desk yet. Posted times are estimates, and the page says so, because the queue is what runs the day.

Results while they're still there

Brackets and standings update within seconds of a score going in, with the tiebreakers written out, so nobody has to come find you to ask how the table came out that way.

Draw formats

Four formats, and the bracket builds itself.

Pick the format per event and set the seed order. Byes land where they should, winners advance on their own, and a withdrawal after the draw forfeits the matches it touches instead of stranding an opponent.

Single elimination

Use it when you have one day and a lot of entries.

Double elimination

Use it when everyone should get a second chance.

Round robin

Use it when everyone should play everyone. Run it twice for a league.

Pool to bracket

Use it when you want group play first, then a playoff of the top finishers.

One engine

17 sports run on the same brackets, standings and scoring.

Each sport brings its own scoring rules. Golf keeps stroke play and Ryder Cup style sides, volleyball keeps its caps, soccer keeps draws. The draw, the schedule and the desk work the same way for all of them.

Before you start

Questions organizers ask.

Is it free?

Yes, free while we're in early access. There's no card to enter and no plan to pick.

Do players need an account?

Yes, an email and a password. One account covers every sport, with a profile per sport, and a parent manages their kids' profiles from their own account.

Can I charge an entry fee?

You can set an entry fee and refund policy tiers on each event today, and free events run end to end. Taking the card payment online is still being switched on for early-access organizations, so for now you collect fees the way you already do.

Does it work without wifi?

Scorekeeping does. The scorekeeper app keeps taking points with no connection, queues them on the device, and syncs when the signal comes back. The director's desk and the public pages need a connection.

What sports and formats do you support?

17 sports, from pickleball and volleyball to soccer and softball, plus golf stroke play and Ryder Cup style sides. Draws run as single elimination, double elimination, round robin (single or double), or pool play into a bracket.

Can I use my own colors and web address?

Every organization gets its own page on the site, with your colors, logo and banner on it. A fully custom domain and brand is possible as a separate deployment rather than a self-serve setting, so ask us about it.

What happens if two players tie?

You choose the tiebreaker order for each event, and it runs in that order. If it comes down to a coin flip, the flip is seeded so it's reproducible, it's recorded, and the standings page explains in plain language why the table came out that way.

Can I fix a wrong score?

Yes. Corrections and certifications are recorded with an audit trail, and the bracket re-routes itself as long as the matches downstream haven't been played yet.
